Work Start & Finish
Work starts at 9am and ends at 6pm, but as long as you maintain a 40-hour workweek, you are usually free to come and go. If you come in early or late, you must notify directly via Telegram.
Daily Recess Hour
The working hours are 8 hours per day, with a break time (+ lunch time) of 1 hour, for a total of 9 hours. For more information on break time, please refer to the link. * https://url.kr/qochu9
Workstation & Monitor
The company's equipment is not for personal use other than work, and all settings must not be changed arbitrarily. If there is a problem with the workstation, please contact Boss.
Software
Do not install software without authorization. Also some genuine software requires caution when deleting. Contact Boss for all software additions, deletions & issues.
Data Saving
Do not leave any data on the workstation you use. Always save work data in the corresponding project folder on the server.
Print & Scan
A4, A3 color multi-function printer/scanner is connected to the network. Select your workstation name for the job to scan then results will be delivered your workstation.
Materials and Tools
Use supplies after considering the amount needed. Refer to the labels attached to the work site for the location of various consumables and tools.
Tidy Up
When you leave work, clean up your personal table, and tidy up and put everything back in its original place after personal work.
CCTV
CCTV is installed for internal security and theft prevention. For more information, please check the security regulations. Click the icon to connect.
Snack & Beverage
We provide snacks, drinks, and coffee irregularly. However, if the end-of-use is not resolved autonomously, the service may be discontinued.
Refrigerator
You may store your own food and drinks in the refrigerator, but everything inside the refrigerator is for everyone to use, except the top shelf, which contains drinks for guests, is off-limits.
Kitchen Appliances
Water purifiers, ice makers, hot pots, and fully automatic espresso machines are provided, so please familiarize yourself with their usage before using them.
Odor Prohibited
Food that causes strong odors and services that cause disposable waste are prohibited in principle, regardless of day or night. In unavoidable circumstances, use the balcony.
Clean-up
Washing dishes, cleaning, and organizing are done altruistically, and all equipment is cleaned in its place and cleaned after use.
