Off-boarding Interview

According to the law, you must notify the company one month in advance of your resignation, and then the resignation date will be set through an interview.

Handover of Business

Download and fill out the checklist for someone leaving the company and hand over the relevant tasks. You can download it by clicking the icon or download from the reference tab.

Security Pledge

Complete and sign the security pledge for employees who have leaving the company. You can click the icon or download it from the reference tab.

Severance Pay

According to the law, retirees who have worked for more than one year are entitled to severance pay. The severance pay is paid in full in cash at the end of the month in which they leave the company.

Delete Personal Records

The day after you leave the company, your personal information recorded by the company, such as your email address and server ID, will be deleted.
