Starting Project
Design Quote & Negotiation
When a project request comes in, the Boss creates a quotation including a schedule and discusses it with the client. The Boss personally works on all administrative documents. The designer focuses only on the design.
Contract & Set the Schedule
​Once the contract is signed, Boss will create a folder for the project on the server and create a Telegram chatroom.
Organize Team
Once the designated designers are invited to the Telegram chat room, a leader is selected and the project is started after discussing the detailed schedule.
Project Folder
Work data must be stored in the project folder on the server, and versions must not be confused. Shared work documents use Synology Office.
Naming Rule
The folder name is based on the target event date, and all materials prepared for the event are placed there. For example, ‘Jan 15, 2025 Sketch Review’ -> ‘20250115 Sketch Review’. Unnecessary materials are deleted after the meeting.
Project Box
This is a box that stores all sketches, samples, prototypes, etc. that occur during the project. There is a box that is used as a standard (IKEA SAMLA) and it is used continuously until the project is finished.
