Contribution Dialogue

As soon as the project you participated in is finished, we immediately talk about your contribution to that project.

Quarterly Dialogue

Each quarter, we talk about performance with the Boss based on the goals set by each individual and the accumulated contribution. Depending on the content, the Boss may assign a special mission.​

Keep you on Track

Review the personal goals you have set for yourself, analyze your strengths and weaknesses, and identify areas you can improve on within a limited time frame.

Add up All Contributions

At the end of November each year, each designer self-evaluates design skills over the past year, and the company discusses the contribution based on the data collected. Based on this process, a new salary is planned.

Mission-Strategy-Tactic

Set a mission, create a detailed strategy, and then plan tactics to execute it. Make it achievable and measurable.

Dialogue & Advise

You can adjust the plan you have established through conversations with Boss or get advice to make it an achievable plan.
