Title System
Designer
We do not use general job titles and only judge based on design ability. Everyone is called a 'Designer', and depending on external work efficiency, they are sometimes called 'pro' or 'director'.
Pro
The title 'Pro' is given when exceptional expertise in several specific area is clearly demonstrated.
Director
If someone have outstanding expertise across multiple disciplines, designer management skills, and the ability to communicate well externally, will be given the title of 'Director'.
Partner
If someone receive a partner proposal from the board of directors and accept it, you can participate as an investor and shareholder.
