Who can Drive?
Since the insurance is only for employees, non-employees cannot drive in their stead. Any regular employee with a driver's license can use it. Currently, the Palisade gasoline full-option vehicle is available.
Priority
Company business use is the top priority. For other times, the person who makes the reservation to Boss first can use it. Of course, it can be used on weekends, and there is no limit to the number of days of use.
How to Use?
+ Boss will hand over the car and key.
+ Take a picture of the accumulated distance when getting on and off, and tell Telegram the destination, driving distance.
+ After use, clean the inside and outside of the car and return the key.
+ If an accident occurs, contact the insurance company in the car and take action.
All for free?
600won/km is charged for private use. (including fuel) Hi-pass is charged after use. When refueling, refuel only with the fuel card provided in the car. If an accident causes repair costs or increases in insurance premiums, you are also responsible.
