People live in homes like these.
And this is a house-shaped clock that a bird lives in--a cuckoo clock.
but birds live in trees.
So we gave a bird a tree-like home, high up on a wall.
We found a unique disconnect between traditional cuckoo clocks, shaped like houses for people, and the birds that inhabit them. Birds live in trees, so naturally we designed a tree like burrow for our cuckoo bird to live in, mounted high up on a wall.
The clock is positioned on the sliced face of the cylinder, conveniently angled for people below, but hidden to the cuckoo bird. Yet the bird sweetly sings every hour.
