Annual Leave

Leave Request & Long Leave
To avoid disruption to overall work, request a long vacation of about two weeks two months in advance, and a one-week vacation one month in advance. Requests can be made through the company calendar or attendance management App.
Approved Vacation
Approved vacations are to be executed as planned, but employees should not ask others to do their work. In special circumstances, the company may request a change in vacation schedule or may not approve the request.
No Gift
It is prohibited to give gifts after a business trip or personal vacation.
Company Event
Birthday
Cakes and snacks are prepared to celebrate the birthday together. If there are multiple birthdays, they are prepared individually. If the birthday falls on a public holiday, they are prepared a day earlier.
Team Building
We hold workshops about once a year, with a schedule that includes two weekdays and one weekend day. If you go abroad, the conditions may vary depending on your budget, and you may be provided with airfare and accommodation only, or airfare only.
5 years of service
If you work for more than 5 years, you will receive a gift worth 1.2 million won. You can purchase whatever you want with your corporate card. However, if you leave the company within 1 year, you will receive the gift back.
Job Invention Compensation Regulation
If you apply for or register a patent with an outstanding idea during your company's work, you can receive compensation through examination.
10 years of service
If you work for 10 years, you will receive a gift worth 2.5 million won. You can purchase whatever you want with your corporate card. However, if you leave the company within 2 years, you will receive the gift back.
Mass production opportunities
If mass production is decided with a contribution rate of 75% or more through a self-designed product session, the designer will be compensated, and 10% of the net profit for one year from the point of achieving the break-even point will be paid to the designer. The designer is responsible for paying taxes and utility bills, and the corresponding rights will be lost immediately upon leaving the company.
Personal Event
Marriage
If you submit a wedding invitation, you will receive a wreath with the company name and 5 days of paid leave from the wedding day.

Family Death
Applies to the death of a husband, wife, child, parent, or sibling (including spouse). The company will send the chrysanthemum flower to the funeral home and provide paid leave until the day after the funeral.
