Leave Request & Long Leave
To avoid disrupting work, please apply for long-term leave of about two weeks two months in advance, and for one-week leave one month in advance. Please submit your leave request in the shared Synology Office and add it to the vacation tab in the calendar.

We watch movies together. The latest employee to join the company chooses a movie that no one else has seen. We also have a relaxing dinner together.
Birthday
Cakes and snacks are prepared to celebrate the birthday together. If there are multiple birthdays, they are prepared individually. If the birthday falls on a public holiday, they are prepared a day earlier. We skip cases where the person is taking leave even though it is the day before. Please be careful! :)
Team Building
We hold workshops about once a year, with a schedule that includes two weekdays and one weekend day. If you go abroad, the conditions may vary depending on your budget, and you may be provided with airfare and accommodation only, or airfare only.
5 years of service
If you work for more than 5 years, you will receive a gift worth 1.2 million won. You can purchase whatever you want with your corporate card. However, if you leave the company within 1 year, you will receive the gift back.
Job Invention Compensation Regulation
If you apply for or register a patent with an outstanding idea during your company's work, you can receive compensation through examination. Please review the regulations for details. Click the icon or download it from the reference tab.
10 years of service
If you work for 10 years, you will receive a gift worth 2.5 million won. You can purchase whatever you want with your corporate card. However, if you leave the company within 2 years, you will receive the gift back.
Mass production opportunities
If mass production is decided with a contribution rate of 75% or more through a self-designed product session, the designer will be compensated, and 10% of the net profit for one year from the point of achieving the break-even point will be paid to the designer. The designer is responsible for paying taxes and utility bills, and the corresponding rights will be lost immediately upon leaving the company.

(Career positions only)
The training period will be paid in the same amount as your final salary from your previous job based on the withholding tax receipt. Other unclear documents will not be accepted.
